The VIP lounge of the Austrian Pavilion offers the ideal location in order to present your company or your organisation at the EXPO 2010 in Shanghai. The lounge is provided with up-to-date technical equipment and furniture flexible to be adapted to your requirements which we offer to prepare according to your plans and ideas.

Our excellently trained staff will supervise and service the event staged. An innovative light and sound system in combination with high-speed internet access will render possible professional meetings with a personal touch.  
The integrated bar in the VIP lounge provides you with the opportunity to entertain your guests with drinks. If desired, you may also make use of the service offered by our Austrian catering partner in order to introduce Austrian taste and cuisine to your guests in Shanghai.

Various Possibilities of Use
By means of the adaptable furniture in the VIP lounge, there are provided different setting variants. Conversion and new arrangements will be performed by our members of staff in advance.   
Depending on whether you go for a reception in a relaxed lounge atmosphere or or choose the setting of a conference, the capacity of the rooms will change.
In order to enable you to entertain up to 250 VIP guests, it is possible, with notice given in advance, to make use also of the restaurant (231 m²) and the outdoor dining area of the pavilion (145 m²). In this case, both areas will be closed for the public.

• social meetings and events
• your company as host in the Austria Pavilion
